Card Verification Number

For your safety and security we require you to enter your Card Verification Number (CVN) when paying by Credit Card.

Visa and Mastercard

For these cards the CVN is a 3 digit number printed on the back of your card. It appears after and to the right of your card number.

American Express

On American Express cards the CVN is a 4 digit number printed on the front of your card. It appears above the last part of your card number and is printed (not embossed) on the card.

Payment international customers

All prices on the Website are stated in Euro (€). If paying by credit card, your purchase total will be charged in Euro and your credit card company will convert the charges and debit your credit card the actual amount. You are able to use our conversion tool to get an approximate calculation of the exchange rate. However, the conversion tool is only a tool to help you get an indication of the conversion rate and does not guarantee that your credit card company will convert the price at the same conversion rate once the purchase is completed. 

All prices given on the Website include VAT unless otherwise is stated. No discount will be given on products where VAT is not chargeable. Where VAT is chargeable, Björn Borg reserves the right to amend our prices to reflect any changes in VAT that may occur.

All prices given on the Website are exclusive of freight costs, customs fees and other applicable duties or fees. 

The payment of applicable taxes, duties and customs fees is the responsibility of the customer. The delivery firm will charge the recipient for all applicable duty, taxes, and/or brokerage fees C.O.D. in the local currency at the time of delivery. Tax and duty amount is presented during delivery, not during checkout. Your local post office or carrier can give you information on the methods of payment accepted for the duties, taxes, and other fees collected upon delivery.

All prices on the US Website are stated in US Dollars ($).

We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment. We only accept credit cards from countries where we ship.

Payment Options US Customers

When placing an order on the Website, you may use the following payment methods: bjornborg.com gift card, American Express,  MasterCard, Visa and debit cards with the MasterCard or Visa logo. We cannot accept checks, cash, or money orders as payment.

Orders on the Website will be processed and shipped pending credit card authorization. When you place an order, Björn Borg will pre-authorize your credit card to ensure the funds are available. If you are using MasterCard or Visa, the pre-authorization may appear as if you have been charged. With some institutions' cards, the funds become unavailable, but the account is not debited until the order ships. If the order is cancelled for any reason, the time it takes for the hold to release depends on the issuer of the card.

Important Information Regarding Your Credit Card Order and Order Cancellation:
Björn Borg reserves the right to request additional evidence for proof of billing information and for the protection of your credit card order may be delayed while we confirm your billing information.

The charge for your order will appear on your credit card statement as 'bjornborg.com'. If you contest the validity or amount of the charge related to an order with Björn Borg or the Website, please contact your card issuer.

Björn Borg will prosecute to the fullest extent of the law any fraudulent activities related to the reversal of a valid charge for an order properly filled and delivered to customer.
