In order to use and make a purchase from the Website, you must follow the technical recommendations specified below. Björn Borg can not guarantee the functionality of the Website unless these technical recommendations are followed.

Björn Borg recommends using Netscape 7.0 or later, or Microsoft IE 5.5 or later. For AOL users, either the 6.0 and above AOL client for PCs or the 6.0, 7.0, 8.0, or 9.0 AOL client for Macs is recommended.

Browser Requirements

To make a purchase from the Website, you must use a browser that is SSL-compliant and has a secure mode. When your browser is in secure mode, you will notice an unbroken key or closed lock at the bottom of your browser application. Also, your browser preferences must be set to accept cookies, and you must have Java Script enabled.

Orders and Conclusion of Agreements

In order to place an order on the Website, select a department from the menu banner. Click on a Merchandise, choose a color, a size and 'Add to Bag'. Continue shopping for additional Merchandise or 'View Bag' to proceed to check out (see further section 9).

An order must contain all requested information in order to be valid. Björn Borg will confirm the order placed on the Website by sending a confirmation by 1 business day to the contact details specified in your order. Björn Borg reserves the right to accept in part or in full, or decline or any. The agreement between Björn Borg and the customer is concluded when Björn Borg confirms your order.  

What information do we collect?

General Browsing

Björn Borg gathers navigational information about where visitors go on our Website. This information allows us to see which areas of our Website are most visited and helps us improve the quality of your online experience by recognizing and delivering more of the most desired features and services. Registering with the online store allows visitors to certain perks only available to registered members as well as enjoy "quick checkouts" by having the Website automatically enter their billing address and preferred shipping information.
